The breakfast energy may even help you stay energized for a little extra workout during your day. Walk a little more than normal in the morning or take the steps.

Drink water throughout the day and right before you do consume a meal. Water will leave you feeling fuller longer. A lot of people often mistake thirst for hunger and end up eating more than they should.

Finally, make sure you get enough rest at night. Diet and eating healthy only go so far. Make sure to give your body enough rest so your hormones that control weight and fat are balanced.
